In addition to being a Realtor with Navigation Realty, Paula Gangel co-owns Bee Organized San Diego, a Professional Organizing company, with her sister and business partner Sherry.  They have been offering complete move services to San Diego County residents for several years.

A lifelong Midwest gal from Kansas, my recent move to California, the launch of Bee Organized & getting my real estate license makes me feel a little like Dorothy. Metaphorically, I find myself occasionally clicking my red heels together and murmuring “There’s no place like home,” especially when traversing eight lanes going one way on the frenetic California highways! However, my new home offers glorious weather, the best Mexican food anywhere on the planet, and such friendly, welcoming people!

My professional experience draws from being a licensed realtor in Kansas and Missouri,  teaching English to middle school aged kids and healthcare administration.  I find that being a former teacher and healthcare director segues nicely with real estate, because educating one’s clients is key! Since regulations and laws change from year to year, it’s important to be knowledgeable as well as a consumer advocate for your client. Explaining what happens next & sharing market data and trends, means helping clients make the best possible decision they can make regarding their biggest asset.

My main goal is to listen to my client’s priorities to meet their unique needs and preferences in a new home. I am looking forward to meeting new people and going the extra mile to delight them during a potentially stressful time. I so appreciate this opportunity and the chance to call southern California my new home.
